We reply by email with a price. If photos would help us price it, we'll ask for them then.

We'll come and collect, or agree postage with you. Whichever suits you.

Do I need the boxes or instructions?
No. They add value, so tell us if you have them, but we buy sets without them too.
What if some pieces are missing?
We still buy it. Tell us what you know and we'll price it as it is.
How do you work out the price?
From what the same sets and pieces have recently sold for, less what it costs us to clean, check and sell them.
Do I have to accept the offer?
No. If it doesn't suit you, just say no.
What do you do with it?
Sealed sets are sold on as they are. Used sets are cleaned, checked piece by piece and sold as restored sets, so they get built again.
