1. About us
This website (www.hadleybricks.co.uk) is operated by Hadley Bricks, a family-run independent LEGO reseller based in Tonbridge, Kent. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Hadley Bricks. By using our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products
We sell new & sealed LEGO sets, retired and discontinued sets, professionally restored used sets, and minifigures. We describe every item as accurately as we can. Used and restored sets are cleaned, sorted and verified piece-by-piece against the official inventory, with any condition notes shown on the product page. Photos are representative, and minor variations in packaging or wear may occur on used items where noted.

3. Authenticity
Every item we sell is genuine LEGO. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this website. Hadley Bricks is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the LEGO Group.

4. Pricing & payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price before dispatch.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced — and will refund any payment in full.

6. Stock
Many of our items, particularly retired and restored sets, are one-of-a-kind or in limited supply. Stock is sold on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out quickly.

7. Shipping
 We dispatch from the UK 2 working days, via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery is £3.99, with free tracked UK delivery on orders over £100.

8. Returns
Please see our Return & Refund policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images and logos) is owned by or licensed to Hadley Bricks and may not be reproduced without permission. LEGO trademarks and imagery remain the property of the LEGO Group.

10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
