Delivery Options
All orders are shipped from Tonbridge, Kent via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your order. We aim to use the most reliable service for each parcel.

Dispatch Times
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to protect your LEGO sets in transit. Sealed sets are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. Restored sets and minifigures are packed with equal care to ensure they arrive in the condition described.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK only via our Shopify store. For international orders, check our eBay store and BrickLink store which offer global shipping options through their respective programmes.
Returns Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be returned in the condition they were received — sealed sets must remain unopened, and restored sets should be complete.
- Faulty or misdescribed items: We cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
- Change of mind: The buyer covers return postage. Refund is issued once the item is received back.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs. We take packaging seriously, but occasionally things happen in transit and we'll always make it right.
