Returns & Refunds

At Hadley Bricks we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy sits alongside your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.

Your 14-day right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us at chris@hadleybricks.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with any seals intact on new & sealed sets, and complete with all pieces, minifigures, instructions and packaging on used & restored sets.  Please pack items securely to avoid damage in transit.

Return postage
 Unless an item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us. Please email us first at chris@hadleybricks.co.uk and we will confirm the return address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. This includes the standard outbound delivery cost. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items
 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, contact us within areasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage. Please include a photo where possible so we can help quickly.

Used & restored sets
Every used and restored set is cleaned, sorted and checked piece-by-piece against the official LEGO inventory, with any condition notes listed on the product page. An accurately described used item is not grounds for a "faulty" claim, but your 14-day right to cancel still applies.
