Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery costs
Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £3.99. Orders of £50 or more get free Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Royal Mail Tracked usually arrives 1–3 working days after dispatch. You’ll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

Problems with delivery
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email chris@hadleybricks.co.uk with your order number and we’ll sort it out. Items are our responsibility until they’re delivered to you.
