Is this set complete?

Yes. Complete — every piece checked against the official inventory. If anything turns out to be missing, tell us and we'll put it right.

What does "restored" mean?

We clean and sort the pieces, build the set and check it against LEGO's own inventory, then describe its condition honestly. It arrives dismantled unless stated, ready to build.

When will it arrive?

We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days (we’re away: orders placed now ship by Tuesday 3 November) by Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery is free over £50 and £3.99 below that.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, under UK consumer law. If it isn't as described, I'll refund you and pay the return postage. Read the returns policy.

Why is it cheaper here than on eBay or Amazon?

Buying direct cuts out the marketplace fees, so we pass the saving on: our prices here are always at least 10% below our own eBay and Amazon listings.
