When will it arrive?
We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days (we’re away: orders placed now ship by Tuesday 3 November) by Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery is free over £50 and £3.99 below that.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, under UK consumer law. If it isn't as described, I'll refund you and pay the return postage. Read the returns policy.
